ABOUT ME

I've worked in fitness for over 20 years - delivering classes, coaching on the gym floor, and helping people find an approach to training that actually works for them. For most of that time, I watched the same thing happen, dedicated and motivated people attending classes week after week, putting the effort in, but never quite seeing the progress they deserved.

When I started working more closely with clients who were making that transition from classes to more structured training, I spent time teaching them how to lift, how to track, how to progress — the results spoke for themselves.

The missing piece wasn't effort.

It was knowledge, structure, and someone in their corner.
